Co-founder and Managing Partner
Wendy is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TaskOut LLC. Her expertise is in Corporate Strategy and Business Management. Her work expands into leveraging technology to drive growth, productivity, and efficiency in large corporations and small enterprises as well as in
start-ups.
Community development is important to her as she features corporate social responsibilities in the development and implementation of most of her business growth models.
In the past 20 years, Wendy has provided Strategic Advisory Services to business owners and corporate organizations in areas of Growth, Partnerships, Sustainability, Performance Improvement, and Business Process Reengineering.
She has global experience in the Americas, Europe, and the African Continents and has worked across industries including Technology, Telecommunication, Retail, Agribusiness, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Banking, E-commerce, Construction, Sports & Entertainment, Trucking, Creative Arts, and Hospitality.
She has worked in key roles in several multi-national companies and holds degrees from the University of Greenwich – UK(BSc), and Edinburgh Business School, Heriot- Watt University- Scotland (MBA)

Co-Founder Partnership Management & Sports Business
Kuuku is the Co-Founder of TaskOut and manages the organization’s partnerships as well as specializes in sports businesses and non-profits.
He is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished academic background and over two decades of extensive experience in sports management. He holds an MBA in Sports and Entertainment
Management from Seattle University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Ghana, and a Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising from the esteemed Ghana Institute of
Journalism. He serves as the Community Liaison for Sounders F.C., a prominent Major League Soccer (MLS) club in Seattle.
Kuuku has served in a sport’s advisory capacity with a former vice president of Ghana (2012-2016) in strategically positioning and projecting the interest of the presidency in soccer-related activities and has been the editor for a bestselling sports newspaper with career highlights of working on Sports editorial projects with the CNN and British Airways.
Kuuku is a corporate social responsibility expert and experienced in using Soccer as a tool to manage Socio- Economic & Humanitarian Issues; Demonstrated by managing an impactful NGO in Ghana for over Six years.
He founded of the Mandela Soccer Academy which is strategically positioned to develop young soccer talents in West Africa Ghana and effectively serve as a professional talent recruiter/feeder to the national and local division teams as well as some Colleges in the U.S. and Ghana.
Kuuku is an experienced corporate trainer and delivers training and corporate lectures on developing high-performing teams and building, Emotional Intelligence models for sports professionals.
